Practical Support & Presence-Based Care.

I will support you.

Think of me as a helper + human companion—no pressure, no labels.
If you need a helping hand, a break, or someone to be with you, I’m here.
I offer down-to-earth, heart-led help in two ways:

Practical Support

Helpful Hand

Gentle, practical support for everyday needs.Think of this as having a calm, grounded companion to help with light tasks — whether it’s prepping food, organizing a corner of your home, sitting with you while you work through something hard, or brainstorming your next step. It’s presence + help, with no pressure to perform.

Request range: 1–3 hours.
Below are just examples of Helpful Hand Support. Request what you need if it's not listed here.

  1. Household Help: Folding laundry, dishes, light tidying, or resetting a room

  2. Body Double Buddy: We work side by side—company helps!

  3. Prep + Pause: Setting up cozy space: music, lighting, aromatherapy

  4. Creative Companion: Support with a project: arts, flowers, rearranging

Presence-Based Care

Soulful Support

Quiet, compassionate presence for emotional and energetic care.Sometimes we don’t need advice or fixing — just someone to be with us. Soulful Support offers a soft, caring presence for moments of grief, transition, stillness, or reconnection. Whether we sit in silence, take a quiet walk, or simply share space, this offering centers your nervous system and your pace.Important Note:
Soulful Support is not clinical therapy, medical treatment, or licensed/certified services. It’s intuitive care from one human to another — rooted in consent, presence and compassion.

Request range: 60–90 minutes. Below are just examples of Soulful Support. Request what you need if it's not listed here.

  1. Stillness Together: Sit in silence, breathe, simply exist

  2. Nervous System Support: Gentle, grounding and nurturing care practices to support nervous system ease

  3. Walking Companion: A unhurried, intentional walk — no need for conversation

  4. Gentle Witnessing: Be with you while you cry, sigh, shake, or just be

  5. Sacred Sit: We rest together with tea, music, or quiet

Helpful Consideration
As a mother of five (two younger), I truly value spaces that honor both real life and real needs. When possible, I appreciate opportunities that allow me to bring my toddler along—this won’t be a fit for every request, and that’s okay! Just something to keep in mind when we’re planning.
Your care helps me continue showing up for others, while also tending to myself and family. Thank you.
